You will not find a better small builder of quality homes in Lincolnshire. Paul and the team are amazing in so many ways. Paul is flexible and helpful unlike big developers who do not have your home at the heart of their business. Paul great service and was helpful at all times nothing was too much trouble. The quality of build is spot on and you can flex your designs and make it your own. Happy to recommend him all the way. Pulled out of a sale to us 3 days before the mutually agreed completion date citing delays as the reason (even though most of the delays were due to land registry issues on his side), causing significant financial loss and distress!!! Update: Turns out he didn't pull out of the deal because of delays but because he decided to divide the plot with the likely intention of building another property on the land. Avoid!
