Mark Buckmaster5 StarThey're called Coastal Heating now and were life savers. We had booked to have a wall mounted gas heater replaced with a log burner. But what none of us had thought about was having the gas supply to the heater plugged safely.
This could have caused us serious delays but a phone call through to Sarah at Coastal Heating and by luck they had had a cancellation. So their engineer Ben turned up a few hours later and safely plugged the gas and the work could continue on.Monday 9th May 2022

After making my appointment, Strand were in regular contact, ensuring I was up to date with timings and were even able to offer a quicker appointment due to a cancellation! The engineer arrived and was polite, friendly and very professional. A credit to the company and another reason as to why I would definitely use them again! I have recommended the company to friends and family and I could not speak more highly of them.
