Ian Waight5 StarStroma provided the Building Control Certification for my conversion of a Commercial Property into Residential. In my experience these building projects always create problems that need to be overcome, and because my property was a Listed Building there were more issues to deal with than a standard building project.
The Stroma building inspector was always available to discuss any issue my builder had. He was always contactable, knowledgeable and helpful. The back up from his admin team was first class.
The whole experience was made simple, and obtaining the necessary Building Certification was a pleasure.
I am very pleased that I decided ( following a recommendation from a builder friend of mine) to use Stroma. They provided an excellent service, and I recommend them to anyone needing Building Control Certification.
