sat sahota5 StarI'm responsible for managing approximately 30 blocks of flats in Brighton & Hove. I have been working with Max Thoms of Stuart Radley Associates for just over a year on half a dozen "major works" projects to fix defects within some of our buildings. I thoroughly enjoy working with Max as he's approachable, an excellent professional, knowledgeable and punctual when attending site meetings or returning reports. I can't recommend him and the support team at Stuart Radley Associates more highly if you need anything from defect reports, building insurance reinstatement valuations, specifications for "major works" and contract administration services.Wednesday 22nd June 2022
Josh Bellamy5 StarOur building recently moved the management of our building to Stuart Radley Associates and already we have seen a significant improvement in the day to day running of the development.
When we were looking to appoint a new management company, SRA were able to clearly and confidently communicate how they would support residents. Jamie and his team have followed through since this first meeting and the property is better for it. The speed at which the team respond to correspondence their proactive approach to issues raised is a far cry from previous management.Sunday 13th March 2022
Christopher Britt5 StarOutstanding service. We have recently appointed Stuart Radley Associates to be our new managing agents at Park House, Hove. We have been incredibly impressed by their service so far. They are professional, efficient and their attention to detail is very impressive.
Having dealt with a number of members of their team, including Stephen, Jamie & Dawne; we feel safe in the knowledge that this is a great company with a strong ethos and values that will help us look after our homes.
