Sunter Ltd are a family run Construction  Company with a wide and varied expertise within the industry.

Formed in 1973 originally as Sunter Bros, incorporated as Sunter Ltd in 1998.

The Board of Directors consisted of original owner Mr Terry Sunter along with wife Maureen. They were joined on the Board by Lee Sunter & Kevin Stubbs in 2004.

Based in Hetton-le-Hole, with a directly employed workforce of over 60 qualified employees increasing to over 100 by having a varied Approved List of Sub-Contractors.

We specialise in Social Housing and Regeneration for Local Authorities and Housing Associations and cover all aspects of the building industry.

Had a wet room installed to help with my mobility. The chaps where spot on they acted properly all wore face coverings followed guidelines. They done a brill job of my bathroom it's stunning and Mt life is ten times easier now it's all installed. So thanks sunters much appreciated.
