I wish I read reviews properly before starting to reach them out. Paul has services us one time and I decided to reach them out again, this time unfortunately the experience was absolutely opposite. They quoted me £246 for the shower cartridge replacement, which is more then I expected considering price if the cartridge of £30. I decided do not use their service and to replaced it by myself with googling it took for me 2h to do the job ( I had no experience at all). On top of that, apparently today the insisted me to pay something for call out (I did not know that in advance, nobody communicated to me about their fees or T&C), despite the engineer arrived late (and in fact arrived after my followup to the office) and despite the engineer was not able to determine the issue by himself (he offered to change whole the bar instead). They apologies for the lateness and poor service, but still demand some money. Customer Service communicates in quite aggressive way and seems not willing to find a solution, they are scaring me by court. Last email from their customer service team ended up by: "As I stated in my last email, the invoice still stands and evidence of the below threats will be submitted as evidence should the matter be referred to court. This is our final communication on the matter." I have reached out Paul Trusler now to investigate the case and I am going to start official complain process if they insist on payment. I will update the comment on the latest and happy to provide evidences to anyone who is interested in. I will start to search for protection on my side considering signs of fraud I see and if anyone had similar experience - please reach me out, so I can collect as much details as possible in order to protect myself in the court. The service from this company was faultless from start to finish. Firstly, I rang this company in the morning and by the afternoon they had been round to my home and fixed the tap. Job done same day. Secondly, parking down my road can be tricky at the time the engineer came round but not even a complaint from him as nothing was a problem (even though I knew he had to park in the next road and carry his tools). The engineer was 100% professional, friendly, extremely courteous and fast and efficient at identifying the problems with the tap and resolving them. I had not used this company beforehand but would definitely not hesitate in recommending them to others or returning as a customer in the future. Plus, the bill was much cheaper than I expected given the service I received. Excellent value for money! A gem of a company! Thank you so much!

Had to call 4 times to find out where the person who was coming to inspect my boiler was, to be told he had accepted another job and then turned up 3 hours late, carried out a visual check on my boiler without removing the cover & adjusted my radiators. Estimate received was £700+ which i got fixed elsewhere for £298 (who also included service!) Reluctantly paid my £72 invoice for someone to simply look in my boiler cupboard!

Used Surefix for a full underfloor heating and boiler install with unvented hot water cylinder. From start to finish their engineers were polite, professional and tidy. We got quite a few quotes for this and Surefix came in competitive, we went with them as they have a shop and offices if you need to go and discuss any aspects of the job they are more than accommodating. I can’t recommend this company enough and will be using them again.
