Daniel conducted a full structural survey of a house in York for me. After first making contact he was able to arrange and conduct the inspection within less than a week. He then gave me a call immediately after the inspection and gave a detailed summary as well as answering all my questions. Finally, he produced the full report, which was extremely clear and detailed, before the end of the following week. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the quick and high quality service - would highly recommend.

We have recently had a full structural survey completed by Daniel for a house we are purchasing. He was incredibly efficient, great at communication and went above and beyond to help us through the process. Daniel spoke to us before he visited the property and on the day of his visit to give us the headlines. We then received the full report in a timely manor and with great detail.
