Great service. Survey was carried out within a couple of days of making payment, and the report was received the following week. Survey was very thorough and informed us of several things we were unaware of allowing us to renegotiate the price. Would definitely recommend and use their services again! They were very helpful initially but I had some trouble after the payment to arrange for the survey date. I had to call them many times. The report itself was a bit complicated to understand. However they had a follow up call to help which was good. The estimated value of the property was not realistic at all in my opinion. There are no other properties with similar qualities at the price they estimated. Rapid response via phone and help happily given to go through the application process. Useful advice given on what survey might be most suitable and an appointment was set for the next day and only took a couple of days to get the report back even without paying the fast track fee.The surveyor was polite, professional and very friendly despite our dog trying to scare him off! I'd definitely recommend this company especially as initially I was dubious as they were the cheapest quote but this wasn't a reflection of their service. Having researched other platforms for the survey, it was clear surveyorsorted had very competitive rates. However, the main reason I used survey sorted was the turnaround time. Whilst other companies were quoting a number of weeks for the reports, surveyorsorted manage to get it ‘sorted’ in a few days using their express delivery service. Everything was dealt with in an extremely professional manner and the reports were delivered to a great quality and well within the time frame quoted.5 stars and highly recommend to anyone needing to carry out a survey! I requested detail building survey report so I can buy the property with peace of mind. They did not indicate any major issue in the report. After purchasing find out that previous owner had one removed one of the chimney breast and did not put any support underneath. So it was very dangerous. How can a professional not notice such a big thing and left me to spend extra £5000 to get it sorted. When I spoke to them they said send us email and it’s been a month had no response.Would not recommend this company so please people do not waste your money!!! I would not recommend this service. They were very attentive in taking money under the premise that they would get the survey done quickly. Unfortunately after taking the money the report has not been forthcoming! I am waiting on the report to move and these people are not even courteous enough to contact me to let me know what the delay is. Thank God I paid on my credit card, I will be raising a claim! Any questions I had the team were clear and concise giving me great confidence in my purchase. Would highly recommend! ROSI the owner is protrays good customer service before he received our money. But once he had received our money for the survey to be conducted his customer service is awful and unacceptable. He ignored my calls and did not respond to any of my emails after receiving my money. I had to use my husbands phone to call him for him to answer his phone as he did not recognise the number. Ben who conducted our home report did a good job and was good with customer service. I will NOT Recommend thisCompany. Helene I needed a survey done on a property I was purchasing but other surveyors were asking me to wait for up to 3 weeks. Surveyor Sorted, sorted me out within a week. The report was detailed and easy to understand. I will certainly be using them in future. The service was excellent. As soon as I had made my enquiry, I was contacted by Surveyor Sorted who gave me clear advice on the benefits of a structural survey in comparison to a homebuyers survey. We were then able to have the surveyor attend the property very quickly and prepare the report equally quickly. We had a number of follow up emails and calls with the surveyor to clarify a number of queries.I'm am happily using Surveyor Sorted again after the initial property purchase fell through. Surveyor sorted provided a prompt, reasonably priced service for our level 3 building survey and I was able to ask questions before and talk things through with the surveyor on the phone the day after the survey. The full report unfortunately went to my email spam folder (which was not their fault - just make sure to check!) but otherwise would have come through fairly quickly. I’m going to use their service again. I got level 3 survey done for a house. Amazing Survey performed.Completed within no time, and was accurate.covered all levels of issues which helped me in getting all fixed by the seller before we made a deal.Amazing service, very detailed report, good and clear pictures.

My wife and I are first time buyers. We searched online and found Surveyor Sorted and others. Among quotes received both online and over the phone, from the pleasant Kosi, Surveyor Sorted was the best. We received our report fast and found it thorough and professionally done. We would recommend these any day to anyone in need of Surveyors that deliver...and on time too.
