We work with professional Architect practices, Building Management companies and members of the General Public.We survey using original and standard methods.

For the majority of time we use modern techniques including hand held distance measurers & theodolites with laser reflectorless capabilities.This enables us to obtain detail in hard to reach places, both on site or off site.For instance obtaining position & levels of neighbouring properties where access is denied.

Using a reflector-less EDM helps us to produce a drawing with a level of accuracy you could not achieve with a tape measure alone. Elevations can also be zapped using the reflectorless capability of our theodolite. This means we can acquire heights and positions accurately which a humble measuring pole would not be able to obtain.
