AVOID / TERRIBLE SERVICE Didn't provide a full deep clean - i had to reclean my self. Used cleaning service for end of tenancy cleaning and after reporting the clean was not up to standard once., with pictures and explanation where in the fact (and Suzy did not return to rectify) The Estate Agents also reported this and Suzy failed to return without trying to charge me £120 extra (when already paying £150 for this service). More pictures and report was provided to Suzy, who still failed to take responsibility and would NOT return to reclean without trying to charge additional. I am now left with paying for another cleaning service and at risk of losing my deposit. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
