We had had horrific problems with dodgy drains for 3 years, from persistent unbearable smells to an army of marauding rats, with no one seemingly able to resolve them. Enter Marc. Drains sorted almost overnight. Then a complete kitchen refit requiring much more than just ripping the old one out and fitting a new one. Once the drains had been repaired so quickly and easily after years of trying, we were confident that any problems arising in our old house could be sorted by one of Marc's highly skilled workmen and we were not wrong. A complete rewire was required and undertaken by Joe the electrician, all the walls were insulated and everything was plastered. Steve the carpenter installed the kitchen and walnut worktops to an extremely high standard and laid the oak herringbone floor throughout the kitchen and conservatory. (He moaned a bit but in his defence it was tricky). Thanks also to Slav for the tiling and a special mention for Ian the plumber who came to our rescue out of hours one Friday evening! It would be remiss if we didn't mention our frustrations at times. The work was not completed quite within the time frame originally given and there were times our tradesmen were pulled out and sent to other jobs which was out of our control and caused some stress. However, this project was completed under the extraordinary circumstances of a global pandemic and the finished result is stunning not to mention the incredible value for money with absolutely no hidden costs. To say we are delighted with our new kitchen is an understatement. Marc is very personable and kind and we'd use him again in the future but would ask for reassurance of completion within more specific time frames. That said, check out our new kitchen, absolutely love it!

We are an existing client, and have paid for a new kitchen and materials, which haven't been delivered. We've had no kitchen for 11 weeks, and rubbish left all over our yard. Now TD Cole is not responding to calls. Please contact us ASAP to resolve this.
