Alex Jones (Holy macaroni)1 StarRang to make an appointment for our boiler and toilet, spoke to someone who seemed personally offended I was taking time out of his day to ask for his help. Bluntly said they only do boilers at this time of year and they'd be round at the end of the week, before hanging up on me. Unsurprisingly, they never turned up, although with that level of professionalism it was probably just as well.Monday 6th December 2021
