Posting a massive big up to TR Maintenance. The transformation of 76 London Road King’s Lynn is really something to behold and needs to be recognised and celebrated (see TR’s Facebook photo showcasing of our project!!) And it is all thanks to Rob and Tom of TR and their fantastic team of skilled craftsmen, high standards, technical expertise and, above all, pride in their work. If you want a building firm who believes in quality workmanship and service to the customer and complete respect for the fabric of your property, I cannot recommend them highly enough. My brother and I started out with a dilapidated shell, which revealed a number of structural problems once initial stripping out got underway, (not entirely unexpected, but we couldn’t even think about the interior refit until these things were dealt with professionally and robustly). So we started a WhatsApp group with Rob and Tom, and the remedial work (Phase 1) began in ernest. Complete and utter trust was quickly established and we received regular WhatsApp updates, photos and videos and had group consultations every step of the way throughout the entirety of the project - that said, we were never met with nasty surprises, were always kept informed of costs, necessary design changes and unforeseen problems arising, and involved in every decision. Rob and Tom’s technical knowledge, experience and expertise know no bounds. There is no shaking of heads, staring up at the sky and chin scratching with these guys - they are ON it!; constantly problem solving with ease and immediately putting the customer’s mind at rest when issues arise. They know and understand the complexities of restoring listed property but also how to reinstate the integrity of a listed building to comply with modern standards, expectations and regulations. This would have been a terrifying venture without TR to project manage, guide and advise us. During Phase 2, when it came to interior design, TR were also extremely helpful, knowledgeable and creative. Tom has great vision of what works aesthetically in a period or modern property, as well as what is conducive and practical for preparing a property for the lettings market. This has been a journey - but one we have enjoyed - purely because we had complete faith and trust in TR maintenance from the day we met them at the house. Rob and Tom - you rock!! ✌️🙌👍Xxx
