Jacqueline Entwistle1 StarHaving waited almost 2 weeks for Dave Lord to turn up and with no contact since last Thursday I would definitely not recommend him. Having no hot water and heating is no fun and not even a phone call to say he isn't coming so find somebody else. ! I have now found a professional company who I have called this morning and they are sending somebody out at midday. Another point is when you phone Dave he is so bloody miserable - definitely needs a course in customer service!Thursday 14th January 2021
