2020 will mark our 14th Anniversary. During this time Talk Green will have completed more than 50,000 Energy Surveys throughout the UK and helped thousands of home owners to reduce their Carbon Emissions (CO2), subsequently reducing their running costs.
We were completely unaware of the requirement to obtain a commercial energy survey until we were advised by our local solicitors, 2 days before we were due to exchange and complete on the sale of our industrial unit in Manchester. Fortunately the commercial surveying team at Talk Green were able to get to site and complete the required documentation in time. We now use Talk Green for ALL of our energy surveying needs and recommend their services to our clients at every opportunity.
