I order shower mixer in November 2022,arived just now.When I opened its not shower mixer I order (I know because I have one all ready)send request to return with photos attached.Costumer consulltant replied: Hi Leszek, I do apologise, I can now see that this has a different design to what was ordered. Please can you advise a suitable weekday for the collection to take place on and I shall raise this free of charge. Warmest regards, Helen Davison Customer Consultant Few hours later Hi Leszek​, ​ I do apologise, but I have been advised by a colleague that unfortunately we are unable to collect your item as planned on 25/04 due to the item being a made to order item and therefore not eligible for return. I have emailed our supplier to advise that the item received is different from what was expected and for them to advise on if a return is possible. I do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. I wouldint want to return if that would be what I order after waiting for 5 moths

RUBBISH! Avoid at all costs! I ordered a Butler & Rose Darcy Traditional Floorstanding Vanity Unit with Belfast Basin. Vanity was chipped, sink was completely un-level so excess water runs towards your back wall rather than into the basin! Basin doesn’t even fill up as the fixtures are all loose. Really bad products! I asked for an exchange/ refund and I was told I would only get discount off the sink part when I brought it together! 100% not worth the hassle, now I’m waiting on a new basin & my entire bathroom project is delayed! I had to pay the builder twice to install, uninstall and now finally install the correct one! Let see if this one even comes out good! They refused to pay any builders fees and were just a total nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! PAY EXTRA AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Brilliant customer service. Had a slight problem with the sink but it got rectified straight away and kept me informed each step of the way. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Placed a order with Tap Warehouse TW598257 order number. PDT-000077-waste Vellamo Designer 1.5 Bowl Grey Comite Composite Kitchen Sink with Reversible Drainer & Waste - 1000 x 500mm KC317 Premier Swan Neck PullOut Kitchen Spray Tap - Brushed Steel I am wondering if anyone can help on the above order number. I had a plumber to fit the sink and tap that I purchased from tap warehouse this was on 3rd July 22 and was later than planned due to covid 19. Unfortunately he found the fixing screws for clamps pulls the thread out when trying to clamp the sink to the laminate. The lugs in the sink had no thread for the screw to even screw into meaning this couldn't tighten and seemed really poor quality. My laminate work top which is 38ml would of been fine as it was the correct size however the clamps were so loose and we could not screw them in any further meaning it was sliding everywhere. Also the brass c clamp on the tap we ordered was completely inadiuate and was not fit for purpose and poor quality. When this was being tightened it just opened and slipped the thread. I emailed Tap Warehouse and was informed I could have a refund on the tap but the sink needed testing. The sink was sent off for testing and they have emailed me to say no faults have been found. They also lied and said the bags were unopened for screws and clamps so basically made the decision that I had just changed my mind. I sent them a full video explanation of what issues I had including the use of the items so how could the items not of been unpacked?? They have now also refused to issue a refund as the sink had been installed with the tap hole drilled. How are you supposed to know the product is faulty without installing it first. It all looked fine to the eye when we were unpacking items. I am now £159.99 out of pocket and wondered if anyone could give me some advise on this? Has anyone previously been able to challenge this poor customer service? I used a qualified kitchen installer and I could even see the issues and I have no experience with this at all? Apparently because I drilled the tap hole I have accepted the goods. Yet I have had to go and purchase better quality items elsewhere.

Everything was great at first. I was given a £30 discount which was a major reason for me to spend nearly £400 on a sink and a tap from Tap Warehouse. The order arrived the next day - brilliant. The sink color was a bit different from what was in the photos, so we needed to exchange it. We had to pay £30 for the return and £15 for re-delivery - expensive but it's fine as it's their return policy. When the refund arrived, they also deducted the £30 discount they gave us initially. Arguments, that I have spent in total more than the initial order amount and that nobody told me about the deduction before the exchange, didn't change anything. If customer service told me about the exchange invalidating the discount, I would have returned the entire order and bought everything again - this way I would have spent £45 less than I ended up spending and everybody would be happy. Very disappointing, I would be happy to continue buying from Tap Warehouse if the issue was resolved. UPDATE A WEEK LATER: The company replied to my review and suggested to email them some details which I did. Within a day they came back to me and agreed that the £30 should be returned to me because I ended up with all the items I ordered initially. I now have received the refund so the problem is solved. I was not asked to correct my reviews or change the star rating but I thought it would be the right thing to do. Thanks Tap Warehouse! I hope we won't have any other hiccups going forward.
