Good showroom and initial reception but poor and unprofessional service when a faulty product was supplied. You only get to know the quality of a company when they have to deal with problems. Would not use again.

Bought a 500mm and 600mm from the Compass range through Building Supplies Online. We have to date had 5 units of the 600mm and rejected 4 of them - tge 5th is equally suspect. Poor assembly appears to be the issue. Poor paintwork, marks where the doors appear to have been fitted, indents in the wood when painted are several of the issues. As this was not supplied by Tavistock but they are listed as the manufacturer I Tavistock called for assistance - 'Tanya' could not have been more unhelpful if she tried. Heavily regret having anything to do with Tavistock - avoid this manufacturer like the plague.
