Cancelled our first viewing for a property an hour before it was supposed to happen, then asked if it could be arranged for a week after on the Thursday. I agreed. On Monday I sent a message to them to ask if the viewing was still on. No response. Thursday rolls around and yet again, they call me two hours before the viewing to cancel and try and re-arrange again for the next day. I couldn't make that, and of course I have no trust that they would actually turn up. Waste of time, and a real shambles.

Ravi from Kataria was extremely professional from the offset. He was exceptionally knowledgeable in his field and was incredibly helpful in explaining each stage of the party wall process from initial notification through to survey feedback and any further consultation. He made the entire process seemless and handled all documentation and communication dialog with the parties involved to ensure the process was completed as efficiently as possible with no corners unturned. Furthermore I want to add that Ravi was extremely thorough and kept me fully appraised throughout the entire process in a timely manner by phone and email. I would hands down recommend using Kataria as they have a vast expansion of areas to support clients when it comes to property from planning, letting, party wall, survey etc. Thank you to Ravi again for your support in making this entire process stress free.
