I worked for Terrafirma Roadways between Nov 17 - Feb 18 but unfortunately needed to leave due to personal circumstances. If you like a challenge, are willing to learn, like everyday day being different and enjoy seeing a good part of the country then this is the company for you. Heath and safety is taken seriously and the company put you though the various packages required by the company and their clients to ensure you meet the required standard. The lads on the ground you work with are a good bunch too.

Very poor management. Expect you to work a good 13/14 hour day you are full of mud from working in fields all day then expect you to sleep in a double sleeper cab with another bloke you don't really know. All new starter's leave within a few months because if working conditions and poor management

A very poor company to work for. They lie to employees and the health and safety within the company is shockingly lax. The vehicles are in a very poor state of repair, (I do have evidence to back this up) They say they have a purpose built workshop when in fact it is a rat infested goat shed. When you highlight these things the management report you to the police for harassment. They also put private detectives on you if they don't like what you say about them. Hugh Robertson is a very sad little man who thinks his money gets him his own way.
