I commissioned Rosario to design a complete renovation of our 4 bedroom house in Bromley, including a double story side and single story back extensions. He took time to listen to what we wanted and understood what we needed, perfectly. We were very pleased with the modern, open plan designs he came back with and the drawings were very professionally done. An all round great guy who always has a smile on his face. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rosario for his efforts.
