This place is fantastic from beginning to end. They helped us with everything from design, making choices, fitting into budget all the way to delivery, resolving issues. The customer service experience was impeccable and I can highly recommend to everyone. Our requirements were not straightforward and our project timeline was horrendous but I can honestly say The Bathing Machine did everything they could to support and help us. Thank you so much!

We had our ensuite bathroom redesigned and supplied by Bathing Machine (working with Oli) and we're so pleased with the whole experience. Oli was great to work with, very patient and helpful with lots of changes and suggestions. The products supplied are all of top quality and the Bathing Machine team were all extremely helpful during the install process when problems had to solved. Thanks!

We used this showroom when ordering two new bathrooms and a cloakroom. I was so glad we did, they were great. If we had ordered online, I definitely would have made mistakes and when building work changed things half way through, they accommodated all of these changes with no hassle. Reasonably priced as well. Definitely try them first- their range is huge.

Excellent experience as a customer of The Bathing Machine from Sam, Jack & Olli. We had 2 bathrooms purchased from The Bathing Machine and Sam and his team have provided a very personalised and bespoke service from design through to providing high quality products and suggestions. They even labelled every box that was delivered which made it easier for our fitters to locate items for each bathroom. Sam has kept in touch throughout the process to ensure we had no issues with the products - genuinely cared for the after sales phase. The entire team at The Bathing Machine knew about our order so when I rang to ask for some advise/clarification during the installation phase, they were able to advise me straight away (I would not get this level of personal customer service had I ordered the items online). From the pictures we are very happy with the quality and finish of the products. Will definitely use The Bathing Machine if we ever have to do a bathroom again in the future.

We were building an extension which added a new bathroom to our house and were all set to purchase the bathrooms from those usual online retailers that you see advertised so often. But I really like to support our local retailers and we decided to drop in an have a look at The Bathing machine at the last minute; we are so pleased we did! There we found Sam, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming and within a very short period of time realised that this was the place to be! His knowledge and expertise were excellent and his prices completely in line or even better than those online retailers! The goods were ordered and arranged for delivery, but even when the builders changed the delivery schedule, Sam managed to rejig and meet all the new requirements without any issue. Even a change of design for the toilet caused no problem, with Sam exchanging the order quickly and effortlessly with a replacement style. After sales has also been quite extraordinary. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sam and his team and am very grateful for all their help.
