Had an en suite and a bathroom re-fit. Terrible quality workmanship included leaving us with no hot water or heating overnight in January and they managed to plumb the hot and cold the wrong way round to our shower. We demanded they get sub contractors in to repair the long long list of destruction the company had left! The only plus point was a large discount/ compensation.....please please avoid. Still having issues 18 months later.

Bathco Derham branch, always a pleasure to visit even though its work related. Sam helps wherever Sam can. Excellent range of bathroom's, if your looking to upgrade.... I suggest that you pop in. No pressure sales and they are more than happy to take care of everything for you. I gave been a customer since 2008,after sales service is exceptionally good

Currently having our third bathroom updated with supplies from this company. Excellent service throughout, always nice to deal with smaller local companies where you start off getting excellent service instead of just good service. Keep it up folks!

If your looking for a bath /shower or accessories, this is the place to look first.. unfortunately the outside do not do the shop proud but take a look inside. .the staff are really helpful, there's toilets there as well.and also a ramp if need be....
