We have just had our bathroom completely renovated by The Bathroom Sanctuary. From the first call with Katie, and the first meeting with Paul we knew we were dealing with a professional team. Paul took the time to listen to what we required and advised where appropriate with alternative suggestions. We felt valued and at ease through the whole process. Our fitting team was lead by Andy who was absolutely brilliant. He is a complete craftsman and completed everything to a very high standard and went above and beyond to make sure we got the bathroom of our dreams He kept us updated with the progress and we had total trust in his ability, he is a genius! Thanks to all of you, we would have no hesitation in recommending your company.

Easy and Stress free. Paul will guide you through the process at your own pace with no pressure, using his considerable experience and knowledge to help turn ideas into reality. This approach was ideal for us, as we were starting with no firm ideas of what we wanted. The design process was completed after a couple of informal chats, followed up on email with high definition 3D designs to review at our leisure. Paul helped us create the bathroom we wanted at the price we wanted. The fitting was equally impressive - Ian and his team are real professionals who showed skill, attention to detail and pride in their work. The job was completed on time and with no 'snags' on completion. We now have a beautiful bathroom with no hassle to achieve it. Highly recommended.

We have recently had a bathroom and separate WC totally re-fitted by the team at The Bathroom Sanctuary. We are delighted with the finished product and have no hesitation in recommending the company. From our initial consultation with Paul and subsequent design planning, we were impressed by his attention to detail and his ability to listen to our "wish list" and adapt it accordingly. Ian and his team proved to be equally professional turning the plans into reality. Nothing was too much trouble (even when we "moved the goalposts" on occasions) and the work was carried out with meticulous detail, on time and with minimum fuss. We would like to thank the whole team for providing us with our fabulous bathroom.

Many thanks to Paul, Ian & Carl. Both for the planning & installation of our lovely new bathroom. Paul was so helpful in putting the ideas & requirements that we had for our bathroom in to place & making suggestions of how to improve these, in order for us to get a new bathroom that would be perfect & exactly what we wanted. Ian's installation work is impeccable, down to every last detail. Everything is done to perfection. Carl's tiling is likewise. Indeed, this is the second time Ian & Carl have completed work for us. The installation only took a short time with minimum fuss, and absolutely no mess, everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. We would definitely recommend Bathroom Sanctuary to anyone.
