Dear Customers,
We are aware there is some confusion at present surrounding The Bathroom Shop and would like to explain further the situation at present.
We are an award winning business and we pride ourselves on our customer service. However we are aware that lately we have fallen well short of expectations in this regard and for that we can only apologise.
As most people know the COVID-19 pandemic has not been kind to small businesses. This coupled with staffing issues has unfortunately meant the showroom has had to experience some periods of closure recently. Moving forward we would like to advise all customers that the showroom is now on an appointment only basis, and we are currently booked up for installations until January 2023.
We would like to assure our existing customers that all installation jobs that are currently booked are still going ahead, and we will be in touch ASAP in order to arrange/confirm dates, etc..
Due to running on a skeleton staff our replies have been delayed. However all emails being sent to [email protected] are being received and will be replied to as soon as is physically possible.
The business is still running, and there are no future plans for that to change and we aim to have the showroom reopen on a normal basis as soon as possible.

Ian Carney5 StarLovely showroom, full of options and helpful staff. Assistant Manager Lauren is full of energy and passion. There is a great atmosphere and the staff really know their stuff. Would recommend to anyone that they ask questions and get the most of their experience. The impression we got was second to none and we can’t fault the advice given, they offer a full planning, design and installation service. My wife unfortunately got far too many ideas and now wants both of our bathrooms remodelled due to the options presented to us!Sunday 5th May 2019

Rob McWilliams5 StarWe had our ensuite refurbished back in April 2018. The old units were removed very quickly and at end of each day the area was left very clean. The new shower, toilet, sink, floor, tiles and ceiling look amazing. It took longer than expected but well worth the wait. We had a problem with our fan but that was sorted out within a couple of days. Great job!Monday 30th July 2018
Jayne King5 StarJuly 2018....We have very recently had our old bathroom removed and a totally new Wet room installed by andrew and his team of installers we are very happy with how the bathroom turned out it looks spacious modern and fresh it did take a little longer to do the work than we anticipated but the first 9 days was due to our bathroom having 3 layers of tiles on which dated back to 1954 it was a tough job just to get the room to a stage where work could begin with our new wet room i am disabled but I did not want my bathroom to scream a disabled person lives here so andrew helped us design something that fitted our needs we chose A contemporary black white and grey theme and i am very happy with the outcome which fits my needs as a disabled adult but also lets me live with a wetroom that does not just scream disabled people live here We went into the shop at the begining of the year and andrew showed us exactly what we could achieve with a relatively small room andi, dillon, john and the team of installers installed our bathroom with the least amount of fuss as they could which wasn’t easy when they had to remove 3 layers of tiles which dated back to 1953 We are Very happy with the way that the bathroom has turned out i I would recommend the bathroom shop carlisle to anyone who needed their bathroom overhauled Thank you to the whole of the team for your levels of proffesionalism andrew i can see your shop going from strength to strength in the future many thanks jayne and peter kingWednesday 3rd October 2018
