Excellent service offered by Victoria. Rarely do you see rather enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism like she shows. By questioning to understand how we would use the bathroom she designed every small detail. Not only is it a supplier but a showroom there too. The products are excellent quality . The knowledge of the whole team impeccable. A true perfectionist. Cannot recommend enough.

I went into this new store and Victoria helped me out in not just picking product but doing a design showing how my bathroom would look, And it looked exactly the way I had visualised it. She took me through the options and price variations and was extremely helpful in pointing out the price points as well, and advising me where to spend money and where to save money! this was so helpful and appreciated when I am a novice!!! The bathroom is now finished and looks as good and surpasses my expectations in every way! The whole experience was a pleasure and that was thanks to Victoria she kept me informed all the way through the process and got everything so right. Thank you Victoria

Victoria at The Bathroom Showroom (City Plumbing) gave us a fantastic personal service for measuring and designing. We were a bit lost at where to start, but Victoria is very creative so we have a lovely en-suite due to her design ideas. We are very happy customers. Our plumber has used city plumbing for many years and he is very happy with the customer service too.
