Just want to say a big Thank you for the speedy delivery of my order. It has arrived this afternoon all intact and so happy with the customer service that I received when this order was carried out online yesterday. You have truly excelled yourselves and shown that customer service is about caring and doing your best to help your customers and also shown that even in a pandemic that you are not letting this affect your business and reputation. So happy I found your website online and that your help is very much appreciated when another website let me down with the same product. So delighted……..thanks to everyone involved.

Delay in delivery was handled really badly and was incredibly frustrating. I only received updates when I chased for them, I received no apologies, explanations or offers to resolve the issues, and responses were always as curt and impersonal as possible. After waiting 2 weeks (plus Christmas bank holidays), I was told Big Kitchen were "looking into" sending me a replacement. A week later when I followed up on this, I was told there was no stock, and I finally got my refund. I cannot speak to the quality of the products I never received, and the refund once agreed was processed quickly. I wouldn't shop here again; not because of delivery issues outside of their control, but because they made no effort to resolve the situation.
