Ordered a Hob and Cooker on 22/10/13. Waited for email to confirm delivery, nothing after two days, further email sent, still no reply. Phones not being answered and no automated messages out of hours. Have contacted the Trusted shops organisation that the Big Kitchen company display on their website explaining my experience and also have got the credit card company investigating them. Conclusion has to be that they have folded.

BEWARE!!!! I ordered a cooker hood online on 15 October. I received an email confirmation of my order straightaway. I called them the next day to advise a different delivery address (there was no facility to advise a different delivery address on the order form, only a billing address!). Receptionist said that several customers had complained about that and that it was a glitch in their system that they were trying to sort out. I asked when cooker hood might be delivered. She said, they didn't have any in stock but were getting a delivery on Monday and it should be delivered mid-week. This is now 8 days later and more worringly, no-one is answering either their Customer Services or Enquiries and Sales telephone. I have been calling for 3 days and no answer. I'm now wondering if they have gone bust. BEWARE!!!!!

I bought a oven on end of September, it was delivered but with the door broken they said that will send a replacement door since October 10, i am trying to contact on the both numbers and no answer the website is down and they no reply the emails. So BEWARE!!!!

I ordered a baumatic intergrated microwave and had no problems with this company what so ever. Mind you that was before it closed
