Robert Pennock5 StarHad to call out a plumber for a burst water pipe. Was desperate as we were having to hold the pipe together to all stop the house flooding. Although I called at 7.30 they were able to get to me within 15 minutes and have the problem identified and sorted very quickly. Friendly and courteous, cannot recommend highly enough.Monday 16th May 2022
James Oliver1 Star1 star given as no option to give zero. Started the work on a downstairs bathroom which is part of a new extension. Fitted a waste pipe and said they would be back to supply and fit bathroom suite. Never returned, no reply to text messages or phone calls and money paid for service. Finally made contact to say they had started a new job which was bigger and more of a priority than mine. Left my heavily pregnant partner and I without a kitchen sink tap and an unfinished bathroom. Lauren D5 StarWe have called on THE Boilerman APR a couple of times now. Most recently for a new boiler installation. The engineers Nick and JP arrived on time as always and completed the job to a high standard. They were happy to answer our questions, showing us how to use our new thermostat and link it up to our smart phones. All of the staff are friendly, reliable and knowledgable.
