From the very first visit of measuring our bathroom up and then going to the showroom and sitting down with the design team and seeing the blank canvas 3D projection was very insightful. Then we walked around looking at various showers and floor and wall tiles. I've never been to a shop where it's both so very relaxed and the staff are so so knowledgeable and not pushing you for sales or things that you don't want. Then last Thursday the time came for the work to begin. The chaps you have working for you are both extremely polite,respectful,helpful and tidy. They had completely ripped our bathroom out within or under an hour and they worked like human terminators, and the level of workmanship is truly amazing. The work was completed well within the 10 days we were originally forecasted and completion was on Wednesday 13th July. This is a company that truly cares about what they do and the experience they bring to the customer, the level of care taken before any work was done and all areas that were carpeted were covered in plastic sheeting. Pound for pound you not only get exactly what you have ever dreamt of but throw in the expertise and dedication to all from designers to fitters and you really do have a magical recipe and a showroom finish. Thank you once again for the work and the bathroom you and your team have given us!!
