So disappointed by the way my mum was treated by this company when she contacted them in Spring this year for a quote for a new bathroom, new kitchen, and new side extension with utility room and front hallway. Clearly not a small job, so we didn't for one minute think that it was something they'd consider to not be worth their while. My mum's initial phone-call to them to arrange a date and time for David to come out consisted of her being pushed repeatedly to advise her budget. This wasn't just asked once, but multiple times, and to the point where my mum was feeling harassed and uncomfortable. She had only just moved into her bungalow, and with a lot of renovation work required, she had no idea at that point of a set budget for each area. I ended up having to take the phone off her and ask the Home Design Studio why it was essential for them to know how much money she had to spend. I was fobbed off with, 'it's so we know which brochures to bring'. The appointment was made, David came out and reviewed the work that needed doing and said he would come back to my mum with a quote. He also said that he would provide contact details for someone who could assist with architectural drawings/planning in relation to the extension work. This was supposed to be sent to my mum the following day. Nothing was received so my mum had to chase it up. On this phone call she mentioned that she hadn't received the quote either and was told she'd have this within a couple of weeks. After that point she heard nothing else from them again! I strongly suspect that they felt my mum's money wasn't good enough for them. My mum has now spent 40k elsewhere.

Contacted this company in 2021 for an estimate/quote for a kitchen, utility, bathroom, ensuite and downstairs toilet. Waited approx three weeks for a site visit, fair enough. I was left with various brochures etc. After that, I heard no more......well until around six weeks later when I received a call asking if I was still interested. I was at that point, but then heard no more. I gave the work to companies that could be bothered to get back to me. I'd give no stars if I could.

Can't recommend this company enough!! Everything was perfect to the point I'm not sure where to begin! After receiving the quote the price seemed very reasonable considering the work that needed to be done, the staff both on the phone and on site were polite, courteous and professional. Never had to chase anything up and the work carried out was done quickly and efficiently! Absolutely love our new bathroom which looks straight out of a showroom. Any future work that is required, The Home Design Studio will be the first place I go to.

I cannot recommend The Home Design Studio enough. We’ve been searching high and low for someone to put us a new staircase in and do a few other jobs around the house. When I came across The Home Design Studio. I was very impressed with their work but also their service. They gave me various options and costs and we chose what suited us best. They listened to exactly what we wanted. On the day the guys arrived early morning, they were very organised prepped our house incredibly well for the work. Over the 2 days they were here, they carried out all tasks on time, the guys were super professional unlike many others I’ve come across. They didn’t seem to drag their feet and take longer than needed but instead worked very efficiently, completing work to the highest standard. We are absolutely in love with our new staircase and all the other jobs they have done. After finishing the job, this is the first time I’ve not had to tidy any mess up after work men, everything was left as it was found. 100% recommend and we will certainly be back when we move to our forever home in a few years but this time i can’t wait to plan a kitchen and other things with them. Thank you guys!!

We recently ordered a new utility and kitchen refresh with The Home Design Studio and have had a great experience. The team has been really easy to work with and has managed the whole project seamlessly. At each step we’ve benefited from their experience and expertise to help make practical and design decisions while being given the space to make choices which fit our home. We’re now just excited to see the finished product!
