Robin & Barbara Rison We recently had a kitchen, utility room and pantry completely replaced by Richard and his team and are absolutely delighted with the job that has been done. From the start, Richard listened to what we wanted, drew other possibilities to our attention and was unfailingly helpful throughout the process. At no time did we feel pressured. One of the things that impressed us about the service from Richard and his team is that the offering is holistic. That is, it includes not just the kitchen units and related electrics and plumbing, but also flooring and decorating. It really suited us to have one contract that drew all this together seamlessly so we didn’t need to make a variety of separate arrangements and have the stress of ensuring every trade performed their part on time. Richard did all that for us. Another thing that impressed us is Richard’s team. He used to do this work himself, so he knows what to look for and has assembled a great team. Not only were they all really good at their respective trades, but they were a pleasure to have around. Given that a large job like this takes some weeks, this made a big difference to how comfortable and confident we felt about the whole service. We’re really pleased to have met Richard and his team and are happy to recommend them.

My wife and i were made to feel very welcomed from our 1st visit into the showroom , we were always felt listened to for our requirements and had our hand held and guided presenting many options as we were pretty clueless to what we actually wanted or what was even on offer these days . The denouement was a beautifully fitted kitchen that really works for our needs catering to having large family gatherings of kids and grandkids , this was a bit of a treat for my wife who is now over the moon, so much so it has become her pride and joy and i can feel her eyes burning through me whenever i go near it. It really does feel a very high quality kitchen , and the fitting team did a really great job ,they really went out their way to get the job done and for putting up with our abundance of questions throughout. All pleasant, helpful , hardworking and left our home tidy at the end of the day, we really felt our home respected. My son works for a development company and considering the issues he has been facing the past 12 months with shortages i was braced for a a bit of a bumpy ride , apart from a slight delay on appliances i was quite pleased how smooth it all went. This was our last kitchen that we planned on having and it had to be right and that was certainly delivered. i would highly recommend this kitchen showroom

Absolutely love my new kitchen! The service was professional and helpful from start to finish. Every stage we were put at ease and never felt pushed or hurried. It was a bit of a daunting experience but Richard came across very honest and trustworthy to deliver a great end result, im glad we decided to put our faith in him. We had a complete refurbishment of the kitchen knocking through the wall between the kitchen and dining room adding bifold doors completely plastered , decorated and an excellently fitted kitchen. The tradesmen working on the kitchen were outstanding ,polite and friendly which having people in our home was the most frightening bit for us. By the time the project was finished i feel i have gained so much more understanding about building work after being guided through the job with explanations provided through different stages. it seems a lot less scary now for anything further we plan to have done in the future. i cant recommend this company enough , thank you so much

This company is by far THE best company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a kitchen, bathroom and en suite from them and they installed all three. The standard of the installation was immense, no matter how hard you looked there was nothing you could pick fault with. In a matter of a two week turn around all work was complete and my house was left cleaner than before work started. I have recommended this company to everyone as it’s the first question I’m asked when people come round. If your looking for a company who tick every box then do not look any further. Get yourself to there fantastic showroom and get a service that you could only dream of. Knowledgable, reliable, respectable, quality and trustworthy. Thank you regency kitchens & bathrooms
