Really wonderful people who are friendly and helpful. The standard of fitting is super with attention to detail evident in a number of areas. A couple of small areas required revisit and without gas for 2 weeks with the gas man not arriving for a week. Readily sorted once highlighted to the team. Really want to give the review a 5 star but unfortunately the recommended oven has left a sour taste. We have moved from a basic fan oven to a 'Belling' gas option (wish I had done my research). First an electrical fault which meant the oven kept switching off and on over Christmas until it could be repaired in the new year and second, the performance of the unit is appalling. Timings on food packaging mean nothing now. As a general we must double the listed times to get to an acceptable standard. Not the fault of the business but rather a very expensive lesson to me in doing my research and not just being so trusting. The business delivered on its quote so I take the responsibility for now having an appliance that we must work around until the kitchen is next replaced.
