Thermal Heating Services responded to our broken boiler the morning after phoning at 6pm in the evening. There was no charge for the call out. Very prompt and professional and attempted to fix the boiler.
Unfortunately our circuit board failed and we decided to opt for a new boiler.
All the options and prices were discussed in depth and there was no pressure to choose a certain option.
We opted for a new boiler as the old one was very old and we didn’t feel it was worth replacing. We was given three quotes for different boilers to choose from and again no pressure was applied to pick a certain boiler.
The boiler was fitted within 48 hours and we’re back up and running.
