Hi, I’m Lou at Wakefield-based plumbing and heating specialists, Thermoman. I offer plumbing, heating and gas services including boiler installation, servicing and repair work, kitchen and bathroom installation, central heating installation, gas fires, cookers and appliances, and any other general plumbing services in and around the Wakefield area. Lou came at very short notice to service our antique boiler. He gave us clear information about the pros, cons and cost of a new boiler without any pressure to buy one. Two and a half days later we are delighted with the result. He is thorough, reliable and trustworthy and we have already recommended him to friends! When I needed a new boiler I contacted three people and none of them came back to me. I contacted Lou and within a week I had a new boiler installed and working. Lou was prompt,hard working and extremely polite. I would not hesitate to recommend him or to call him again for any other work that I required. Thank you Lou for a thoroughly professional service.

Lou is an absolute star. He is reliable, friendly and professional. Lou is the only boiler engineer out of 6 to identify the noisy whine on my Vaillant boiler as coming from the pump, as it hadn't been installed correctly by BRITISH GAS. I would rather gouge my eyes out and replace them with hot toffee apples than pay another penny to BRITISH GAS!! Lou will get all my jobs in future, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Mr Thermo Man called out to us yesterday after a Rangemaster cooker stop producing gas. He called out at short notice and sorted the issue in a calm, dilligent manner! Really nice guy - thanks again!! Would highly recommend and I will be using for any gas issues in the future.

Lou was incredibly helpful and professional. We arrived home following a couple of weeks away to no hot water or heating; Lou was able to come over the very same day, and had our heating and hot water fixed within in minutes. Highly recommend!

Our boiler system needed repairing. Thermo Man was local and had positive feedback on Google. I wasn't disappointed. There are certain people you need in your phone who you can trust. A good plumber/heating specialist is one of those people and Thermo Man is that person, honest and reliable down to a tee. I can't recommend him highly enough, I wish there were more like him. Thank you for sorting other peoples poor workmanship!
