I called Terry to see if he could help cap off a gas pipe as part of an old fireplace removal, yes he could lol, he was at my house within 10 minutes, he was polite, friendly, swift, clean and professional, he even gave us some great advice along the way, he made sure the works and our gas system were fully tested and proven safe before leaving. I cannot recommend this guy or his company enough. Great experience from start to finish, thanks Terry we will be using you for any of our future plumbing needs

Superman! Do not think twice about picking up the phone and calling for your plumbing needs. Terry was at the front door within the hour to replace my shower and kitchen tap. Thats almost unheard of! I was very impressed by how professional, courteous and friendly a tradesman he was. Terry just cracked on with the job, confidently, without any hesitation. He also very kindly gave me some helpful advice on boiler maintenance before leaving which I would not have known otherwise. (New homeowner and still learning as I go😂) Just…impeccable service and I’m really glad I called. Thank you Terry 🙌 …new life long customer over here.

Excellent service from start to finish. Terry answered our call and was on the job within the hour. He was early gave lots of advice , sorted our pipes with no mess or fuss in a short period of time. Did annual boiler service for us. Gave time and price, which we thought was good value. Arrived on time and responded to all our requests about the filter etc. Clean and tidy worker. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Was very pleased with the service he provided. Will be very happy to use his skills again. Mike C
