Edward Elmore5 StarI made a phone booking to have them to remove an old gas fire and seal off the supply pipe. Next day the job was assessed and an appointment made for the work to be done. Plumber arrived, arranged, meticulously checked for leaks, then , without being asked, started to fit the replacement electric fire. All done efficiently and very cleanly.

Muhammed Mustafa1 StarThey came promptly to install gas cooker. The service man was polite and professional. It then leaked and it took them 2 weeks to reply to our email.
Rather than take responsibility for the leak the set out to blame the kitchen fitter for the gas leak.
Although the gas leak was leaking prior to any fitting.
Of course they charged us for the job.

They informed me of what they were doing and carried out the work with the minimum of disruption. Alex in the office was also extremely helpful ensuring I was provided with any information I needed. I have no hesitation in recommending Tidal and will continue to use this company in the future to maintain my central heating boiler and any other plumbing requirements I need.Saturday 6th February 2021
