Excellent service. I needed a last minute survey to get my mortgage approved. Tim managed to reshuffle his diary to get it sorted very quickly. Excellent communication throughout and very prompt report at a great price. Couldn't recommend more. Will definitely use this company again. Thanks Tim.

I used Tim and his company on a raft foundation design for a barn conversion. He was recommended by my architect and what a great find. Very competitive rates and he provided a quality service throughout. Following the initial raft design, we found existing footings following excavation, which required significant amendments. This issue became time critical and if it hadn’t been for Tim prioritising this aspect, the build would have been delayed. In conclusion, I have been very impressed with Tim and Tillett Consulting Engineers and would have no hesitation in recommending him and the company.
