We are Timeless Kitchen and Bathrooms, a quality design, build and installation company, run by two local businessmen Nick Sutherland and Tom Mckeown, each boasting more than 20 years experience in the trade. We offer superior bespoke kitchens and bathrooms, using luxurious products and materials. We work closely with our clients to ensure their space suits their personal style and requirements. We can transform existing spaces by extending, knocking through, and converting areas. What makes us different? We have more than 20 years experience in construction and kitchen and bathroom installation, meaning we bring a wealth of knowledge to all projects. We are trained in using top of the range design software so you get to see realistic images of your revamped space right from the design stage. We possess an exceptional eye for detail meaning all our projects are finished to the highest quality. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough already. I’ve been such a nightmare customer changing things and making alterations even 2 days before construction was due to start. They have been so accommodating and really went well out their way to make sure I got the bathroom of my dreams. Everything is crystal clear as far as plannings concerned. The service so far has made me feel the need to write this review before it’s even completed. Tom and Nick were extremely knowledgeable during the process of redesigning and fitting of my new kitchen. When changes had to be made they provided me with a few options, nothing was too much trouble. The whole team were very courteous to my neighbours ensuring as little disruption as possible. I would highly recommend Timeless Kitchens and Bathrooms and if any future customer would like to see my kitchen I am more than happy for them to do so.

This is a local company chosen by us because we have had work done previously by the founder (Nick) and were impressed by his quality of workmanship and standards. The various tradespeople come at orchestrated times to complete each stage of our bathroom(s) to a superb standard and with a beautiful finish. Timeless have just finished installing my kitchen, cloakroom and utility room. Although not a straightforward job, from the beginning Nick and the team were professional, courteous and highly skilled. Having Nick project manage the job made it easy as a customer and he listened to all my requirements in the design process. All the trades were excellent, polite and worked efficiently and always left everything tidy. Louise was also supportive on the phone. I would highly recommend both the standard of their product and their excellent workmanship. Thanks

It took a while but pleased with the outcome of our new bathroom and toilet. Mark did an excellent job on the tiles, as did Tom on the electrics and Wirral Gas guys on plumbing and fitting of ceramics. All in all a pretty good job.

Timeless kitchens were engaged to supply and fit the kitchen in our new build apartment in Neston . On completion we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the fit and finish of the kitchen. Some of the issues : no sealant had been used along up-stands and in other areas were water could seep, very poor finish to the worktop and edges, cupboards poorly aligned , chips in the laminate facings of the cabinets, scratch in the rear of the black glass splash back . After two attempts not all the issues were rectified and the worktop was now worse than it had previously been. In a face to face meeting with Timeless we were somewhat surprised by their acceptance of sub-standard workmanship. In order to rectify the outstanding issues we employed an independent joiner to complete the work.
