I am an Independent surveyor. I have been in the damp & timber industry for over 20 years. surveying both commercial & domestic properties.
Having gained the industry recognised qualification CSRT (certified surveyor in remedial treatments).

He rang me on the afternoon of the survey to explain his findings before following up with a detailed report and the opportunity to contact him should I need to ask further questions after reading it. Jacqueline Wilson5 StarBecause I kept finding patches of mould in the house, I became worried that there was a structural problem. TMF came out and examined everything very thoroughly. There was no hurry, and he was very chatty, using layman's terms so that I didn't get lost amongst technical jargon. He gave me a lot of useful information and tips, explained what the problem was, and gave me a list of different ways to combat the problem. This was followed up with a written report the next day. It isn't cheap, but it was worth every penny for the peace of mind it gave me.Tuesday 8th February 2022
