After being recommended to us, I instructed TLBC Ltd t/a Tom Lefek Surveying to survey a property that my Husband and I are hoping to move into. Mr Lefek was extremely helpful during our initial telephone conversation, obtaining information from me about the property that we were hoping to buy and about which survey would be the best one to have. As soon as Mr Lefek had finished the survey, he contacted me to give me an indication of what he had found and to let me know how long the report would take to compile. A couple of days later I received the report by email and I was astonished at the level of detailed information that it contained. The professionalism and service given by Mr Lefek has been exceptional and I am absolutely delighted. My husband and I have no hesitation at all in recommending Me Lefek, TLBC Ltd to anyone who requires the services of a first class Surveyor.

Tom was a shining star in our entire moving process. He gave great advice about a few small things we could do and was able to rent flat. For me, I thought renting the flat would be the most stressful part of the process, but Tom was incredible and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommended!
