First class from start to finish, staff very helpful and planning the bathroom including taking walls out was very easy. Products are superb. Special mention to our fitters Ryan and Nial totally transformed a tired bathroom in seven working days, we had seen Ryan’s work before and waited for him to be available and it was worth waiting for the standard of his work is exceptional, highly recommend. Trade bathrooms had a bad fire and have done very well to continue trading and to keep customers happy thanks for a great service, bathroom and the service we received. Mr & Mrs Atkinson

Only 1 person working so had to wait quite a while to be seen, which would have been fine if the guy hadn’t have been so rude when it was my turn! Unhelpful, abrupt, and didn’t want to listen to advise I’d been given by one of his colleagues on a previous occasion. I really cannot believe how unhelpful he was and how little he made me feel. I’m not sure if it’s because there was a few people waiting, if he’s bad at his job & customer service or if he’s just a rude, but either way I won’t be going back.

Great range of bathrooms, staff very nice and not pushy to buy from them. Staff member came to us and said if we wanted more information then to ask but didn't try selling us things or been pushy which was really nice and we didn't feel like we had to buy from there.
