Amazing service from these guys. Really friendly, helpful people and at a good price. We ordered bags of sand which they were willing to deliver. Connor the delivery driver managed to reverse his truck into an amazingly tight space so it could be dropped off near the job therefore saving us a lot of time, all done with a smile too. Very helpful and extremely pleased with their service.

Great experience shopping with Travis Perkins in bury st edmunds. Store team were super friendly and helpful, cannot recommend high enough. I’ve had two deliveries lately and both were excellent. First one craned in the stock over the fence into the garden and the second helped me unload the stick and bring it to my back garden. Excellent

I visited Travis Perkins in Bury St Edmunds for the first time and I have had bad experiences visiting other builders merchants as a non trade customer. I went out into the Yard and it was very busy but the young lad outside called Kieran was an absolute gentlemen. Taking time out of his day to answer all of my queries and showing me everything I requested to see. I will certainly be visiting again, Excellent customer service.

Service by Jordan was absolutely brilliant, couldn’t have asked for any better. Us two pensioners arrived when the yard was full of lorries. They were very short staffed but Jordan came to our help straight away and did everything himself, checking prices of decking online. Sorting out what we wanted in the yard and loading onto our vehicle. Exceptional. Thank you.

I never used to order online on travis perkins, yet done it this time and it worked perfectly. The materials I ordered were not in stock, yet they ensured me that once the supply arrives, they will deliver it the next available transport. They received the stock and called me confirming that the following morning will be delivered. 8:30 in the morning they knocked my door, helped me to carry everything in the garden and the service was exceptional. Thank you Travis Perkins! Your service exceeded my expectations.
