I used them for the third year because I was happy up to this time. They now force you to pay for your boiler service when you make the booking. I am not into interest free money lending, particularly because I booked one Month in advance. The certificate now only comes electronically, and in my case only after I sent a reminder. When financial controlling puts the cash flow of the company before customer service, customers end up unhappy.

Trident were efficient and punctual when they upgraded our bathroom . They communicated well with the progress made , the plumbers were very polite . Clean and tidy work .Overall we were delighted with there work and would highly recommend them .

I hadn't used Trident before today and was so impressed by the professional service- from the lovely lady who took my call to the charming electricians and plumbers. The text message and email reminders were appreciated. The plumber'phoned to say he was on his way and arrived on time! The fact I had purchased the wrong size shower was sorted out with no inconvenience to myself and with very good humour on the part of the plumber and electrician, who went off to get the correct size. The plumber took time to explain what he was doing and left the place immaculate. Wonderful and I thoroughly recommend them all!

From DIY disaster to successful resolution with Trident 🔱 Being a fairly confident DIY’er I wanted to put up some hooks in my kitchen - as this is a fairly straight forward task and being a little cavalier in my approach, I did not think I required the normal precautions, such as using my pipe finder before I drilled my holes. As I drilled my final hole I started to wonder why I had water coming out of my fresh drill hole, especially as it wasn’t raining outside 🤔 Upon closer inspection I had indeed managed to hit the central heating pipe and had a lovely, albeit unplanned, warm spray of water coming into my kitchen. A quick phone to Trident and the heroes in their capes 🦸‍♂️ 🦸‍♂️ arrived and quickly isolated the water, drained my entire central heating system, had fixed the damaged pipes and filled the system back up again. From beginning to end my experience with Trident was brilliant, very professional, courteous and they didn’t even laugh at me when I told them I had drilled a fairly important water pipe in my house. Moral of the story; always use your pipe finder to ensure you don’t hit a central heating pipe! 5 stars awarded to Luke and Taron for excellent support in my time of need! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Just to say what a tremendous job the boys all did on Thursday. Graham plumbing the radiators was a star - it wasn't easy but he was stoic in getting the job done! Then Jim had the electrics which were a bit of a headache too, but with a hand from the other other boys managed to get the job done. All in all I am extremely impressed with the Trident team, from initial contact to quoting, to office communication, the guys were friendly, thoughtful and professional - I am really glad to have found you!
