Being first time buyers we were unsure who to use to do the survey of our house. The company we were recommended didn't have very good reviews so we had a look around and found Trinity Rose. We have be thoroughly pleased with their service and would highly recommend them. Professional service, quick and efficient replies via email from Claire. Report recieved within the time expected. This company delivered for me personally in 2020 and has just exceeded all my expectations when I needed, for a charity, a totally unforeseen Red Book valuation - a need which hit me out of the blue. I spoke to Claire Dent on the phone who quickly understood my situation, consulted the MD, checked the availability of surveyors and identified that Jane Shepherd was available the very next day, due to a cancelled appointment. Jane duly visited the empty property as promised, picking up the key from our agent and letting herself in. Thereafter she delivered the valuation report in only 3 working days, way in excess of the standard service delivery target. Well done Claire! Well done Jane!

Trinity Rose have been extremely helping in the process of purchasing our first home. I initially called for a quote and was greeted by an extremely helpful C.Dent (Sorry I am unsure of first name) who was able to put me at ease and provided me with all and more information I needed. We took payment the same day and within 4 Working Days the surveyor was out to the property. The surveyor Jacob was also extremely helpful and and called me the same day after the survey to explain his findings. Initially Jacob told me the report would be with us within 10 working days however within 3 working days this was fully written up. Incredibly pleased with how quickly things moved from Trinity Rose and I would highly recommend them to others looking to get a survey done - Thankyou!

Trinity Rose have carried out two home buyer reports for us recently and we have found their service to be excellent. The surveys were carried out promptly and were very straight forward and easy to understand. We spoke with Laura and Becky and they were both very helpful and friendly. Trinity Close is fast and efficient. There had been minor hiccups, which delayed the inspection for a few days, but the survey coordinators, first Claire Dent, then Laura Stanley, have updated me duly so I was well-informed all the way through. From my first booking to receiving the full report (I got a level-3 structural survey because I'm an overseas buyer of the property and want to get a more thorough check), I'm much impressed by how helpful and responsive they are. Thank you!
