Trinity Surveyors is a modern and progressive Building Consultancy comprising RICS Surveyors and Architectural Technicians based in Liverpool. We specialise in providing commercially astute advice in respect of all Building Surveying and Design related matters. Although we’re based in Liverpool, our RICS Surveyors cover jobs all over the UK. When construction works are undertaken, we would always advise that you utilise a Contractual Agreement in order to protect all key stake holders. As Contract Administrator, we are able to ensure that the appropriate Contract is utilised and that all pertinent aspects of the Contract are adhered to in order to ensure satisfactory completion of the works. We often tie these services in with Project Management and can deliver a turn key solution from Inception through to Completion and project handover.
