This was a big commitment by me and my wife having a large extension built so we needed the right people. UD Leeds did not disappoint. Lee and his team were punctual and professional in their approach. Unique Developers have recently completed the build of our side and rear extension, which included fitting a new kitchen, cloakroom, and utility room. Lee and his team were on site every day from 8am to 4pm and even worked some weekends. The team worked hard and professionally, we were impressed how quickly the project was completed. Lee was easy to communicate with and took the time and care to make sure our requirements were met and where unforeseen problems arose came up with good solutions. Lee has an eye for detail and managed the job efficiently from start to finish, there were no delays waiting for specialists such as electricians and plasterers. Disruption to us was minimised as much as possible, the site was left tidy every day, and all the team were polite and communicative. The result is a high-quality extension that we are very pleased with. We highly recommend Unique Developers.

We have just had our extension built by Unique Developers. Lee and the team are very knowledgeable and have an excellent work ethic always on time and left the place extremely tidy a special thanks to Nicky for the cleaning and keeping the site tidy.The build was done very quickly to a high standard with quality materials. Lee kept us informed and guided us through every stage of the build even given advice on the plans to make the most of the space.
