Well you know you've received good service when everything is explained in terms you can understand, and you come away FEELING happier, more confident and more in control of the situation. First of all this company was recommended to me, upon a quick telephone call I realised they understood me and my needs completely . The survey carried out, picked up some items we wouldn't have thought of, and then the follow up telephone consultation with the surveyor put everything into prospective.
