Dave Ollerton1 StarI had a bathroom fitted by Ultimate Bathrooms that at the time you couldn't fault. I went with Ultimate Bathrooms because they claimed their aftercare was second to none. After a few years my toilet seat needed replacing so i contacted Ultimate Bathrooms. They told me the toilet was no longer being produced so they couldn't help me. I was a little bit shocked as this wasn't the aftercare i was expecting. When i mentioned about a new toilet they said the bathroom tiles were no longer being produced so that wasn't feasible. So my only option is to rip my entire bathroom out because of a toilet seat when its as good as new. Ultimate Bathrooms have been no help whatsoever.
