All works were carried out to an excellent, unmatchable (and beyond) standard and in an impressively timely manner. Combined with impeccable work ethics, the site was kept clean and tidy all throughout and upon on-the-day completion. Staff were professional, friendly, impressive workmanship with great attention to detail, precision and finish with such reliability, trustworthiness and honesty Your team did a good job and it was a pleasure to have them in our house. They were accommodating, friendly and respectful. We worked well together and even had some fun during the 6 weeks. They are a credit to your company. Thanks for sending them to us We had 2 teams work on our small piling job for a house extension. Both teams were extremely clean and tidy and friendly and the work was done to a very high standard. They protected my drive, patio and lawn and left everything spotless and the job was completed a few days early. Both Ali and Stephen showed a high degree of professionalism and ensured that our concerns and wishes were always considered in a proportionate and carefully thought out way. The timeline for doing the work was met at all times and the site was always tidy and managed excellently by Stephen Boyle and his staff. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished product and we would like it to go on record how grateful we are. Frank and his team were punctual, worked well and at the end of each day they left the place clean and tidy which we were very grateful for. U&M Group provided an easy to understand quotation and their office staff dealt promptly and effectively with queries and unexpected site conditions. Walter and Chris have been an incredibly hard working team, conducting themselves with absolute professionalism and good spirits for entire the length of the work. They managed to start every day extremely early, and then worked diligently throughout the days and weeks- looking after the site and keeping the area clean and organized for us, too. Overall, we really appreciated their easy manners and exceptional work! This collapsing wall problem has been a source of stress for some time but it was a great relief to know that the work was being carried out with such care and expertise. He worked between the plants (so even my garden is fine) and he generally looked after things. Thank you! Your team was a real pleasure to deal with, from Heath, Christina to Jason and Peter who worked meticulously to resolve the problem. My mind is at rest now that the job is done. Upon contacting underpin, Kirk was very quick at determining what we might need and came out the same day to take a look at our house and talk with our builders. Whilst proceeding, all involved were really good – Jamie and Jamie worked hard, and Kirk liaised by sending over the pictures and log over to our council. It was a really smooth operation. Many thanks! I was very happy with the construction of my piled garage raft from the initial scoping and proposal through to the construction and completion. The works team and project manager were very professional, courteous and helpful paying attention to all details. I was always kept informed on progress and the site was left clean and tidy afterwards. I am completely satisfied with the result and would recommend and use the U&M Group again. All U&M staff which I dealt with were very efficient, pleasant and helpful. The men arrived promptly, worked hard and left the site clean and tidy every evening. Nothing was too much trouble to achieve satisfaction. The job has been completed to a high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend U&M.

We have recently had some structural works and decoration undertaken in our home by U&M. The decoration looks very smart and thorough and we are delighted with the outcome. Surprised at the mixed reviews on here. My surveyor recommended that my external wall be repaired using resin bonding. I was struggling to get any firms to quote, let alone do the job and within a reasonable timeframe. U & M not only provided a value for money quotation but, amazingly, offered to do the job within 2 days of the quote. The staff were caring, friendly and professional. I was pleased that a long established local firm could do what I thought would be a job too small for them.

It all started with the original insurance quote which tho' not the cheapest was the most convincing. Then we planned a lot of extra work as well. We have been very happy with the work carried out so far by the U & M team. They have been multi-talented carrying out demolition, reconstruction, painting, ecorating, gas and electrical, carpentry, tiling. all with the same team of 3 working continuously since they started. Highly recommended.
