Paul, David and his team at vale royal kitchens were professional, curtious and helpful throughout the design and fitting of our new kitchen. We had a few minor issues along the way that were dealt with efficiently. We are delighted with the end result. The experience was very positive from start to finish. Paul put forward many excellent design ideas which we happily incorporated into the final kitchen design. David, who project managed the work, was always available to deal with our questions. We would highly recommend vale royal kitchens to our friends.

Just had kitchen fitted by Vale Royal Could not recommend highly enough. From first visit by Paul nothing was to much trouble for them . Family run business who do everything to help in what is usually a stressful time. Everyone of the installation team were first class and the end result is brilliant , no complaints whatsoever. Thanks to Ash , Steve, Dan, Kevin and Matt and not forgetting young apprentice (sorry forgot your name) also Chris at showroom and Phil. So glad we picked you😁 Pete and Carolyn

Paul designed our high gloss kitchen and one word...'Wow'. Most impressed with the design software they use to visualise how your kitchen will look and once the kitchen was fitted it is identical to the computer design which we felt was important. Paul pointed us in the direction of the local Granite supplier Excel Granite of Winsford and the quality is fantastic and is a lovely addition to the kitchen we had installed. It will be designed to exactly what you want and everything is taken care of from the electrics to the plasterer and the plumber. Thanks guys.

Superb Kitchen. Having spent a considerable amount of time choosing a kitchen manufacturer and fitter we eventually chose VR Kitchens. This was based on a recommendation from friends and many meetings with Barry and particularly Paul at their Winsford showroom and at our house. Good planning is key and Paul worked with us to design the kitchen we wanted. He demonstrated innovation, patience and understanding to ensure everything we wanted was included. Our kitchen is now completed and we are really pleased with it. The quality of the solid wood cabinets is clearly evident along with robust fixtures. What has particularly impressed was that Paul took a lot of the hassle away from having a new kitchen by managing the programme from start to finish. This included the removal of our old kitchen, new ceiling, full rewire of electrics (kitchen) plumbing, plastering and the fitting of the new kitchen. The kitchen looks stunning and this is down to the tradesmen Paul allocated to our kitchen. The kitchen was fitted by Ash who is a joiner by trade and this was clearly evident by the high quality of his work. Nothing was too much trouble for the electrician who worked around us so that we could complete the majority of the painting before final fix. The plumbers were professional and carried out their work to a high standard with new pipe work and new radiator. Worktops were all cut off-site and fit perfectly. Probably the only down side would be that the programme took longer than expected, although in fairness some of this was down to the plaster drying slowly at this time of year. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Barry, Paul and the rest of the team at VR Kitchens. Mr & Mrs Henshall

Fantastic service- highly recommend!!!!!! We had looked at several showrooms and then found Vale Royal Kitchens on facebook. Paul worked with me (very patiently) and together we worked out a layout to incorporate a pillar that would be bang in the middle of the island. Paul was there working with the builders to ensure it would fit and plan a cupboard around the pillar. Then Paul came up with the Schuller range and its breakfast bar- large and open – truly amazing! I was anxious about the what ifs as all of us are these days. There was an issue with the installation (nothing to do with Vale Royal), but one call and Paul was here and he has sorted everything. The after sales service (which to me makes a company) is 5*- it is so refreshing to find a company that really cares! I would highly recommend Vale Royal Kitchens and truly love my kitchen
